Scope of Services

Stop Lawsuits agrees to provide the following civil litigation mediation services:

Services do not include court filing fees, which are the sole responsibility of the Client.

Fees and Payment

The flat fee covers all services described above, including preparation and filing of the Answer to Complaint and all required court documents. Court filing fees are not included and are the Client's responsibility. The flat fee is due upon execution of this agreement unless a payment arrangement is separately agreed upon in writing.

If the Client qualifies for the BeUncollectible strategy, a separate fee schedule will apply as outlined in a supplemental agreement.

Confidentiality

All communications, documents, and information shared during the mediation process are confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without the written consent of both parties, except as required by law.

No Guarantee of Outcome

Stop Lawsuits makes no guarantee, representation, or warranty regarding the outcome of any mediation or settlement negotiation. Results depend on the cooperation of all parties and the facts of each individual case.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement upon written notice. In the event of termination by the Client after services have commenced, fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate court of competent jurisdiction.
