Michael Levin's path into civil litigation mediation started with a personal challenge. Facing his own IRS dispute, Michael navigated the mediation process himself — and won. The experience was a turning point. He realized that most people in the same situation had no idea they could fight back, and that a structured mediation process could level the playing field for anyone willing to engage it.
That insight became Stop Lawsuits. Based in Henderson, Nevada, Michael has spent the past 15 years working exclusively in civil litigation mediation — helping individuals facing creditor lawsuits and businesses caught in commercial disputes reach binding settlements without ever stepping foot in a courtroom. Over the years he has served clients through offices in Los Angeles, Orange County, and Phoenix, building a practice that spans the Western United States.
Before founding Stop Lawsuits, Michael spent a decade developing commercial real estate — completing over 500,000 square feet of projects.
